AYCO Gallery (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you browse our website, submit inquiries, subscribe to our newsletter, or visit our galleries.
This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and your choices.
Contact details you provide (name, email, phone), inquiry messages, newsletter email addresses, and technical data such as IP address for security and rate limiting.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
To respond to acquisition and viewing requests, send service-related emails you have requested, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations.
Marketing emails are sent only when you opt in to the newsletter.
Inquiry records are retained as long as needed for gallery operations and legal requirements. Data is stored on secure infrastructure (including Supabase and email providers).
Room visualization photos are processed for preview generation and are not stored on our servers.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email address on our Contact page.
If you are in the EU or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
